Camp to Enrich Oral Language and Literacy Acquisition
The ASU Camp to Enrich Oral Language and Literacy Acquisition (CEOLLA) focuses on speech, receptive and expressive language development and pre-literacy skills in preschool age children. This camp will take place in person with safety precautions according to the current local guidelines.
What
Campers are taught alphabet knowledge, letter-sound correspondence, phonemic awareness, shared reading/writing skills and social thinking skills by graduate students studying speech language pathology assistant certification. Service delivery models include small groups and individual pull-out sessions as needed and are designed to meet the individual needs of the child and their family.
When
Sessions are held from 9:00am to 11 :30am Monday through Thursday. Please contact us for more information about registration.
